Job Duties included but are not limited to:

• Responsible for checking patients in and out
• Responsible for managing new patients
• Responsible for assisting patients at the window
• Managing the schedule
• Answering the phones
• Maintaining the waiting area
• Demonstrate safe and cost-effective practice

Requirements

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Knowledge of instrumentation used in office (fax, scan, copy).
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of the internet.
• Knowledge of a multi-line phone system.
• Previous knowledge of electronic medical records is strongly preferred.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE (Degrees, years in profession)

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• Previous two years full time office experience within the last five years in a medical setting is strongly preferred.
