Center For Positive Changes (CFPC), is committed to positively impacting one resident at a time. We are seeking a Shift Supervisor to join our leadership team who has demonstrated high ethical standards and a desire to positively impact the lives of others. Under the supervision of the Facility Manager, the Shift Supervisor is responsible for, but not limited to, ensure that the STRTP facility operates as a strength-based family friendly environment, which integrates mental health treatment into the fabric of daily routine, assist Facility Manager with the day-to-day execution of administrative duties, and provide care and supervision to residents in the therapeutic home setting in compliance with CFPC policy and Title 22, Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF), and Community Licensing, and all applicable federal, and local regulations.

Qualifications

REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/ Experience:

A qualified candidate must possess one (1) or more of the following:

• Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree (if hired after January 1, 2017)

Or

• Valid Child Development Teaching Permit, Alcohol Counselor Certificate, and/or Drug Counselor Certificate

Or

• Completed 12 semester units of Early Childhood Education, Adolescent Development, or Foster and Kinship Care Education or related field.

Or

• At least 2 years of experience working at STRTP or similar population
