Bakery Manager

Smallcakes Cupcakery And Creamery in Centennial, CO has an amazing full-time opportunity for the right person. We are seeking an experienced store manager to join our fast-growing team. Our ideal candidate is punctual, motivated, hard-working, and engaged. They will have positive, outgoing personality, will enjoy helping customers, and will be able to reliably commute to work when scheduled.

Our store manager will realize that store managers also work the front counter and assist with all tasks the customer service staff performs. This position will oversee coordinating all customer facing functions including tracking custom cake orders and supervising the day-to-day operations in the front of the store (FOH).

Responsibilities

• Train, coach, and develop employees.
• Delegate tasks to team.
• Respond to all complaints in a friendly and professional manner.
• Hold team accountable for their performance.
• Provide coaching and counseling as needed.
• Ensure team provides fast, friendly, and accurate service.
• Ensure store cleanliness, maintenance, and security standards are met.
• Staff and schedule appropriately to control labor costs.
• Help develop procedures for cash handling, inventory control, and ordering systems.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to maintain scheduling commitments.
• Ability to problem solve.
• Excellent listening and communication skills
• Customer service experience in a food service environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Possess a positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture.
• Ability to manage a fast-paced, clean, customer-focused restaurant.
• Time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize.

We are looking for a well-qualified full-time store manager. The pay range shown is our starting pay range. We will pay a premium if you have the right experience and a great attitude.
