PROJECT COORDINATOR – SCOPE OF SERVICES

General Purpose: Become a member of the operations team and take on the management of special projects as needed from the District and HOA Managers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with clients/managers to gather requirements and define project scope
  • Track project budgets, ensuring adherence to board approved project specifications
  • Coordinate project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • Coordinate with manager to ensure project objectives are met
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to managers
  • Identify risks and issues that may impact project success
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members
  • Clarify unusual or questionable invoices to management before invoices dispersed
  • Assist managers with on-site emergencies as needed
  • Coordinate with the Compliance Department to ensure that construction projects are in compliance with local codes
  • Evaluate service providers and request bids as needed

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficient in using project management software and tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality deliverables
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • College degree preferred, but not required
  • A minimum of one (1) year of project management experience or two (2) years’ experience in a similar field of work (example: landscape or construction foreman, concrete flatwork superintendent, etc.)
  • One (1) year experience in a supervisory role
  • Knowledge of metropolitan districts and/or homeowners associations a plus

LICENSES, CERTIFICATES, OR REGISTRATIONS:

  • Valid Colorado Driver’s License a must
  • Reliable transportation a must

WORKING ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES

  • 40-hour work week equivalent
  • Workday is varied with a standard day of 9 hours with office closures every other Friday
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate specific projects
  • Limited evening availability required for meeting attendance as applicable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
