Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in the Clovis office! We are a construction company specializing in Framing, Concrete, and Roofing.

Responsibilities

• Processing monthly pay applications.
• Monitoring contracts and change orders.
• Tracking lien releases, insurance, and.
• Maintaining job costing on projects.
• Process A/P invoices and enter into Quickbooks desktop.
• Respond to vendor inquiries regarding outstanding invoices.
• Providing back-up for A/R, A/P and additional accounting duties, as needed.

Qualifications

• 4 years experience in accounts receivable/payable preferred
• AA or BS/BA degree in accounting preferred
• Construction billing experience is a plus
• Quickbooks experience preferred
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
• Time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
