Celonis is Hiring a Remote System Engineer

The Team:

You will be joining the Internal IT Team, which is based in Munich and part of the global IT Team. You act as 1st contact person for administrative and infrastructure tasks as well as projects.

The Role:

As Celonis continues to grow we have a new exciting opportunity for an experienced, pragmatic and team-minded IT Systems Engineer to join us and take ownership of Identity- and related IT systems for the business. It’s a role where you will have great impact, autonomy and visibility across the wider IT team with many opportunities for learning and development.

The work you’ll do:

• Administration of all internal IT systems based on:
  • AzureAD
  • Active Directory on Windows Server 2016
• Google Workspace
• Collaboration Tools: Slack/O365/Zoom
• Realizing infrastructure for new Celonis offices
• Automation of different tasks over Powershell to create more “Scalability”
• Client management Microsoft Intune
• Resolve, transfer or escalate 2^nd level IT tickets raised by internal employees
• Continuous optimization of the digital workplace at Celonis
• Building Enterprise technologies together with our System Engineers located around the globe
• Follow and ensure the global valid Celonis IT infrastructure standards
• Develop documentation/user/project guides for employees and administrators

The qualifications you need:

• Ideally 5 years experience in a similar role
• In-depth Knowledge of Active Directory/Azure AD
• Broad knowledge in a Windows environment (Windows 10, Windows Server 2016)
• Knowledge in the administration of Linux systems
• Broad knowledge in an Apple environment
• Broad knowledge of TCP/IP networks
• Scripting Knowledge in Powershell
• Knowledge in IT Project management
• Broad knowledge in administration of Android Enterprise and iOS
• Knowledge in Virtualization technologies VMWare
• Basic Knowledge in Firewall systems and security systems
• Microsoft O365 knowledge
