Key Responsibilities include:
• Provide thought leadership and strategy in leveraging the Microsoft 365 applications, in particular (but not limited to) SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Enterprise Content Management Tools/Utilities such as content migration tools and content scanning software.
• May lead functional teams or projects.
• Administer, manage, test, and implement changes to the Product Suite.
• Performs root cause analysis and develops action plan and priorities for backlogs (identifying short- and long-term solutions). May lead implementation of plan.
• Independently handles high impact, critical software/systems monitoring issues and tickets/incidents.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for complex user support questions.
• Analyzes business needs and develops plans to implement software requirements in conjunction with business analysts and architects.
• Identify, research, and keep apprised of emerging technologies, solutions, strategies, and developments with the goal of identifying opportunities for their use in partnership with domain and enterprise architects.
• Identifies gaps and develops training plan for the team.
• Assisting in the development of training documentation and provide training as needed.
• Work with others members of the Digital team to ensure standards are included, applied, and maintained across all products sets and solutions.
• Reviews options to identify best solution and provides design for selected solution.
• Mentor and train other team members.
Qualifications include:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, mathematics, computer science, or business preferred.
• 5 years of relevant experience
• Specialized depth and breadth of expertise in job discipline or field, working independently to solve or lead others to solve complex problems.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Strong leadership ability.
• Ability to balance multiple initiatives and demands simultaneously.
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical personnel.
• Ability to prioritize and organize.
• Creativity and "outside the box" thinking and a readiness to try new approaches.
• Strong analytical skills to quickly recognize issues and opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiencies.
