Description
Employee will be responsible for scheduling patients for appointments. Answer multi-line phones promptly and accurately in an appropriate and professional manner. Demonstrate quality customer service by exceeding patient expectations. File electronic medical correspondence and work up visit charts for patients. Update insurance information, collect payment, and verify active insurance plans. Other duties as assigned.
This position is full time. Monday-Friday. Excellent benefits to include health, vision, and dental insurance. 401K and profit sharing opportunities.
