Desktop Support Engineer
Cambridge, MA | Lexington, MA
Full Time / CDW W2 EmployeeCDW has an excellent opportunity for a Technical Support Analyst in Boston, MA! In this role, you will support a multi-location organization with day-to-day end user support challenges. Serving as a Level 2 Support Analyst, you will be responsible for solving user challenges that are escalated from the Help Desk team.
Required expertise includes:
- 5 years of Technical Support / Help Desk / Desktop Support
- 2 years of O365 Support – advanced knowledge, including basic administration experience
- Active Directory – including complex user set-up experience
- Experience supporting mobile devices
- Ability to travel to other sites periodically (Requires driver’s license and vehicle)
Desired experience:
- VPN experience, ideally Palo Alto Global Protect
- ServiceNow experience for both incidents and requests
- Intune for EndPoint Management
- Teams / Zoom collaboration audio / video conferencing support
About the role:Location: Cambridge, MA or Lexington, MA
Type of opportunity: 1 year contract (Will extend Annually)
