Senior Director - Property Management/Asset Services

Location: San Carlos, CA

Schedule: Hybrid; Three days in office

Responsibilities:

Property Management:

• Conduct regular property inspections
• Supervise third-party building engineers
• Manage property finances and capital projects
• Ensure timely completion of maintenance projects
• Oversee compliance with city regulations

Financial Reporting:

• Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual reports
• Assist in budget development
• Ensure rent collection and financial reconciliation

Tenant/Community Relations:

• Address tenant inquiries promptly
• Foster relationships with tenants and community representatives
• Review and adjust tenant charges as necessary

Property Operations/Tenant Support:

• Assist in property setup and operations
• Support tenant improvement projects
• Coordinate showings for new developments

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, architecture, or engineering
• 7 years in property management, preferably in R&D facilities
• Knowledge of HVAC and building management systems
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Proficiency in financial analysis and Microsoft Office

Additional Skills:

• Experience in commercial real estate development
• Familiarity with life science facilities
• Ability to engage with industry organizations
• Flexibility in schedule and willingness to travel
