CCS Presentation Systems is a industry leader in custom AV solutions and pro AV technology systems integration. Established in 1991 and operates 23 branches across the United States is seeking a dynamic, dedicated, and professional Warehouse Manager to join our growing CCS Mid-Atlantic, Columbia MD team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a customer focused, organized, ethical and career minded professional that can manage our warehouse. As a warehouse manager, you will work closely with our project managers, engineers, purchaser and installation teams.

Basic Requirements

• Must have at least 1 year of warehouse experience
• Shipping and receiving of equipment
• Maintain and report consignment inventory
• Equipment delivery to customer sites
• Set up RMA's and coordinate pickups
• Accurately add inventory parts to our accounting system
• Track shipments and report on delays; process UPS billings
• Maintain certain inventory levels for essential items
• Maintain a neat and clean warehouse
• other duties as assigned

Essential Duties

• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written, verbal communication skills, and the ability to multitask
• Must be able to accurately keep track of materials following company standards
• Must be able to use a computer and be comfortable with Excel, Word and Outlook
• Have ability to meet deadlines and comfortable dealing with ambiguity at times
• Valid Driver’s License and a DMV record that meets CCS Mid-Atlantic’s driving standards
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work
• Travel to various customer and vendor sites as required
• Prepare materials for delivery or pick up
• Must be comfortable driving a delivery truck

The physical demands of this position are those that are necessary to meet the responsibilities and essential functions of this position. Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
