CCS Facility Services is Hiring a VP of Sales Near Denver, CO

Job Skills / Requirements

We are looking for a high-energy VP of Sales who can support the company’s Sales Team.

The VP will be responsible to train and oversee BDMs to:

  • Effectively execute all aspects of sales prospecting, including phone solicitation, email solicitation, and in-person solicitation (cold calls, etc.).
  • Connect with prospects as "trusted advisors", who successfully negotiate sales outside of a RFP process, and who create winning advantage inside of competitive RFPs.
  • Drive to closed sales via effective discovery, establishing a strong value proposition, identifying objections, overcoming objections, and constructive tension.
  • Correctly utilize prospecting sales tools to generate quality leads, and accurately record sales activities in the CRM.
  • Operate at very high levels of planning, activity, effort, and sales results.

Reporting to the Executive Vice President, the Vice President of Sales will enjoy incentive compensation based on the performance of the sales team.

The successful candidate will possess extensive, successful experience in outside sales. Service contract sales to building owners and managers is also required. Given the large number and deployment of CCS BDMs across the Midwest and Western US, extensive travel will be required.

We are looking for a sales professional with a strong ability to impart outside sales skills to our large and distributed sales team. The effectiveness of this role will be evidenced via an increase in pipeline size, increase in close rate, decrease in time required between lead and sale, and overall increased sales dollars.

Skills/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Five years of high-performance experience as an individual contributor.
  • Two years experience as an outside sales mentor or trainer.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong work ethic, dedicated to being part of a high-performing team.
  • Adept at adapting to change quickly and thoughtfully
  • Strategic planner who is detail-oriented and self-motivated
  • Tenacious problem solver
  • Proficient with a variety of tools like Salesforce, Microsoft Office suite.

This role is full-time and includes benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance; fifteen paid days off per year, expense budget and company credit card, full technology set. Compensation negotiable based on experience and prior success.
