iHeartMedia Job Summary: The Business Intelligence Analyst will create data driven analysis/presentations, perform project management support, develop sales tool rollout plans, proactively identify areas of operational sales process improvement and drive adoption of sales process modernization / tool enhancements across the sales organization As a Business Intelligence Analyst you will build relationships with Sales Leadership & sellers to provide support, advise and surface ways that we can improve our sales processes, tools and strategies. This role reports into Sales Operations and is an extremely visible role within the iHeartMedia Sales Organization. What you’ll do Collect, analyze, evaluate and report data to track sales performance and metrics with a specific focus on sales training and enablement activities and consumption Provide organizational project management support and ensure action items, deadlines, and deliverables are completed Assist evaluating sales process tech stack modernization solutions, coordinating pilots and reporting on qualitative and qualitative outcomes Report on cause-and-effect scenarios leveraging cohort analysis, stats/predictive, etc. KPIs and exception dashboards for enablement leadership to use to drive training consumption Organize qualitative research projects used to define on-going enablement plans Create prototype dashboards/data models/reports for centralized viewing using Tableau, Excel, etc. Generate ad-hoc reporting as required Identify opportunities to automate regular reporting and distribution requests across the organization Occasionally assist with data hygiene, process improvement, tool evaluation, data source creation, and other cross-team activities Communicate status regularly with stakeholders and executive sponsors What you need to succeed Subject matter expertise in sales/channel sales – including top of funnel, sales pipeline management, and customer relationship management Logical thought process, confident, highly communicative, excellent business understanding, not shy to challenge others or propose changes Prior hands-on experience with BI tools and data quality management techniques Prior experience meeting SLAs in a fast-paced environment Persuasive communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts and information to a broad audience A track record of identifying opportunities for automation and implementing change successfully Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a cross-functional environment Strong excel proficiency and experience in financial modeling, ROI analysis, forecasting, data analysis, and experience seeing beyond numbers to drive sound decision-making from complex datasets Project management experience, including establishing a project vision and shipping through execution and coordination with partners across business units and functions Excellent writing skills Bachelor degree minimum education requirement Preferred Professional Requirements Ability to automate report generation using either VBA or another scripting language Advanced SQL experience and/or relational database experience Experience with packages such as Python, R, Tableau, SPSS, SAS, etc. Experience with sales processes and functions as well as Salesforce Media experience is a plus but not required Location New York, NY: 125 West 55th Street, 10019 Position Type Regular Benefits: iHeartMedia’s benefits offering is flexible and offers a variety of choices to meet the diverse needs of our changing workforce, including the following: Employer sponsored medical, dental and vision with a variety of coverage options Company provided and supplemental life insurance Paid vacation and sick time Paid company holidays, including a floating holiday that enable our employees to celebrate the holiday of their choosing A Spirit day to encourage and allow our employees to more easily volunteer in their community A 401K plan Employee Assistance Program (EAP) at no cost – services include telephonic counseling sessions, consultation on legal and financial matters, emotional well-being, family and caregiving A range of additional voluntary programs, such as spending accounts, student loan refinancing, accident insurance and more!
