Your Core Contributions to the Team

  • Develop and drive the overall marketing strategy and marketing plans for helping to deliver on business plans and objectives
  • Stewards CCIM Institute’s brand, including messaging strategy to stakeholders.
  • Manage the creation and updating of sales support, lead generation and awareness materials, such as sell sheets, brochures, eNewsletters, and lead generation tools
  • Promote CCIM Institute’s brand through social media, marketing/communications strategies to further strategic growth and development opportunities
  • Collaborate and partner with key stakeholders between CCIM Institute and CCIM Tech to promote enterprise membership, sponsorship and advertising, corporate education partnerships and increase Site To Do Business (STDB) subscriptions
  • Leverage market research, sales performance, customer behavior, and product capabilities to: create marketing strategy; help position products; and measure campaign performance
  • Responsible for identifying appropriate electronic advertising methods including: SEO, Pay-Per-Click, keyword advertising, email marketing, and social media advertising
  • Leads content creation on various platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other communications channels. 
  • Responsible for collaboratively developing and executing toward CCIM Institute’s business expansion goals
  • Gather and interpret data from website traffic, email opens, and honing content to engage more and better engagement and prospects
  • Report out monthly statistics for website and social media traffic, engagement, and lead generation and suggest ideas for optimization
  • Build and drive awareness of CCIM’s educational offerings, technology, and member benefits for all marketing and sales effort
  • Travel and work overtime as needed to attend events and meetings (may include weekends)
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

About You

Knowledge and abilities

  • 5 years in strategic marketing, brand management, membership engagement and communications

Education, certification, licenses

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or related field is required.

Qualifications and other skills

  • Maintains an open mind to new ideas and suggestions - driven to constantly improve results
  • Ability to develop innovative forward-thinking design concepts
  • Tech-savvy; up to date with the latest tools and applications and able to navigate new systems quickly
  • Self-disciplined and professional; driven to work hard with limited supervision
  • Skilled in the use of social media, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram
  • Solid analytical, time management, problem-solving, prioritization, and planning skills
  • Must be proficient in written and verbal communications internally and externally
  • Experience in identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems.
  • Understanding of digital, print, event design, motion graphics, video, B2B and B2C design
  • Experience with marketing automation, CRM tools, HigherLogic, MagnetMail, Adobe CS
