CCH HEALTHCARE is Hiring a Regional Director of Operations Near Raleigh, NC

CCH Healthcare is looking for a Regional Operations Director to manage Licensed Nursing Home Administrators and multiple long-term care facilities in the Raleigh-Durham area. RDOs are responsible for census growth and achieving company goals, employee relations and making sure company policies and standards are being met by each facility.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Increasing census growth at each facility
  • Making sure the residents receive the highest level of care and meets company standards
  • Oversees orientation of new Administrators and their ongoing growth
  • Establishes performance plans for all Administrators that reflect the expectations for performance consistent with desired operations results.
  • Overseeing federal and state surveys
  • Ensures that facility risk management strategies are in place, fully executed, and monitored
  • Participates in budget planning
  • Reviews financial performance of facilities with the Administrator
  • Ensures that company goals and programs are executed at the facility level according to company standards
  • Ensures the facilities are maintained according to company standards.
  • Other job duties may be assigned

Requirements:

  • Active LNHA License
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related field preferred
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Administrator in the long-term care setting. Experience in Senior Living Facility management is preferred
  • Experience in a multi-site management position
  • Demonstrated leadership skills necessary to create business plans and set goals necessary to maintain company growth
  • Consistent travel
  • Must be able to work cooperatively with employees at all levels.
