What We Need: iHeartMedia is looking for a Front End Engineer to join our Web Team, which manages www.iheart.com and the platform that supports our 980 local radio station sites and some of our Premiere Network talent sites. In this role, you will work closely with three other teams inside of the Publishing umbrella, but also with other teams/groups across the organization. Although this position is based in Nashville, TN, candidates can apply from anywhere in the US and work remotely. What You'll Do: At least 4 years experience with Frontend Javascript frameworks like React and Remix At least 3 yers experience with Typescript. Proficient in SCSS and styling without the use of a framework. Familiar with NodeJS and Express. Familiar with testing frameworks such as Cypress, Jest or Jasmine, and snapshot testing. Experience using GraphQL. Familiar with Storybook for maintaining a component library and component testing. Familiar with Webpack. Able to take ownership of a feature from start to finish. Strong written/verbal communication skills and able to take feedback from others. Experience working on small, fast-paced teams. Works with Product team members when additional help is needed to fill in stories. What You'll Need: Background and/or experience in scaling media/high traffic websites Able to operate during EST working hours. Familiar with monitoring software such as Sentry, Datadog, or New Relic. Comfortable with Agile development processes, Jira/KANBAN.
