Minimum 3 years of human resources or related experience. 1-2 years in Compensation strongly preferred. Experience in reward technology solutions, working with HRIS to translate functional requirements to simple solutions. Strong qualitative, analytical and statistical skills. Excellent communication skills; exhibit strong presence, verbal and written presentation skills, and ability to interact with multiple stakeholders, both inside and outside the organization. Makes decisions in a proactive and timely manner. Must be able to maintain awareness of evolving trends and continuous improvement opportunities.
