The Benefits & Insurance Marketing Coordinator supports the scale of cross-service go-to-market programs that drive organic growth for CBIZ. The division's clients and prospects want more information than ever about solutions that go beyond one service, so this new role will be integral in meeting that demand. The Coordinator reports to the Corporate Marketing Director of Marketing & Sales Operations and partners with centers of excellence in divisional growth marketing, demand generation and sales development to execute projects.
Responsibilities (% = allocation of time in a given week)
Job Purpose / Objective
* Provide support to the senior members of the client services team
* May work directly with clients
Essential Functions and Primary Duties
* Assist with preparation of the information documents and client presentations
* Interface with clients regarding inquiries related to research and information requests
* Perform analysis using department specific templates
* Maintain and update data on market trends, competitor analysis and other business intelligence
* May lead and complete ad hoc projects as assigned
* Additional responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications Required
* High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
* 1 year of relevant experience * Must be able to work in a team environment
* Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally
* Proficient use of applicable technology
* Must be able to travel based on client and business needs
External Program Support & Scalability (50%)
*Write content, design assets and execute specific tactics for division-wide programs like webinars, resource hubs and more.
*Scale best practices across the division with process documentation, videos and more that empower others to plug into programs.
Internal Selling Support (25%)
*Write and deliver internal communication that aligns marketing, sales development and internal client groups.
*Create visualizations and pitch decks that communicate value of division-wide programs to internal client groups and stakeholders.
Internal Project Management & Reporting Support (25%)
*Create Salesforce and related application reports that enable teams to analyze past and predict future success.
*Serve as project management creator and manager alongside leaders driving division-wide programs.
