We are looking for a flexible energetic and out going individual who enjoys being around and helping others who are in need.
Job duties include but are not limited to the following:
1. Answering Phones
2. Scheduling Patients
3. Filing and Computer tasks
4. Basic Office Clean-up and Maintenance
5. Assisting Therapists with Patient set-up and Exercises
6. Basic Marketing Tasks
7. Entering of Insurance payments into Computer (Experience with PTOS a bonus but will train)
8. Insurance Benefits Confirmation
9. Tracking and Reporting of Key Metrics
10. Other duties...
This job is one of, if not the most important job in our office. This individual is one of the first points of contact on the phone and the first smiling face you see when you enter our facility.
