Description
This role provides outstanding customer service and contributes to successfully achieving the objectives of the Information Services team and greater strategies of Catholic United Financial with responsibility for the design, installation, maintenance, and certification of Catholic United’s Technology infrastructure. This includes everything from desktops to servers; phones to network switches; assistance with policy adoption/creation/enforcement to SLA measurement and improvement opportunities.
You will be the primary technical point of contact to our managed services provider, and the main (often the first technical) point of contact to other 3rd party service providers and/or vendors. This role leads and/or coordinates the implementation and support of various projects in a wide range of technologies including networking, server, virtualization, storage, and monitoring technologies, be it on premise or cloud based. Additionally, the engineer will provide escalation support for Tier II and III issues across the infrastructure.
