Description
SUMMARY
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting the program director on a daily basis with operational processes, and concerns including assisting in research and data collection to support KPIs. Helps to collect data, prepare reports for submission, and maintain program records.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
The Administrative Assistant should be a High School graduate with at least 3 years’ experience in secretarial work in an office setting. Some college education is preferred. Have the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written. Demonstrate experience with Microsoft Office Professional including Word Excel, and PowerPoint with proficiency in computer skills. Operate office equipment including a multiple line telephone system, copy machine, FAX, scanner, etc.
