Job Title: Educator & Sales and Marketing Coordinator
Status: Full-time exempt
Reports to: Director of Program Delivery & Director of Business Development & Marketing
Position Summary: The Educator & Sales and Marketing Coordinator executes on Business Development and Marketing assignments. The Educator is trained and presents Catharsis Productions partner and solo programs, including but not limited to Sex Signals, Got Your Back, NSFW, Hook Up, and Beat the Blame Game, as adapted to specific client needs. This individual also works within the Business Development & Marketing team to ensure administrative tasks are completed in an efficient and responsible manner.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
Educator:

• Presents Catharsis Productions programs virtually or in-person at applicable client locations.
• Develops and submits regular reports and other documentation of presentations in a timely fashion as requested by Manager.
• Schedules travel arrangements per presentation assignments, keeping within budget guidelines.
• Schedules and utilizes virtual presentation software as needed per presentation assignments.
• Submits expenses on an assigned schedule as outlined by Manager.
• Confirms details, including rider conditions, of presentations with client Point of Contact (POC).
• Adjusts performance according to assessment of Manager.
• Self-records presentations on request and reviews and provides feedback of own presentations for development with Manager.
• Participates in on-going training and development as needed and requested by Manager.
• Complies with necessary contract trainings and protocols.
• Attends to and is available for assigned phone calls, conferences, training, program updates, and regular meeting requests.

Sales and Marketing Coordinator:

• Reviews and promptly responds to email and other communications by colleagues and clients.
• Cold Calling
• Assists with data entry and other administrative tasks as needed.
• Content Creation including blogs, vlogs, social media (trending topics), and short videos.
• Overview Presentations (i.e., NSFW, UB, etc.).
• Select Conference Participation.
• Other Duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience:

• Experience in a training and facilitating capacity, preferred two (2) or more years
• Preferred four (4) year college degree, or equivalent experience in a related function
• Sales and/or Marketing experience preferred
• Background in sexual violence prevention, military, or social justice is strongly preferred
• Experience in planning and organizing events preferred
• Demonstrated sensitivity, knowledge, and understanding of the diverse academic, socio-economical, gender, cultural, disability and ethnic backgrounds of the customers we serve; sensitivity and knowledge and understanding of groups historically oppressed and who may have experienced discrimination

Travel: This position requires some travel, including out-of-the-area and overnight travel for client assignments.
Work Authorization/Security Clearance: Eligible for military clearance. Must be COVID-19 vaccinated. Must hold a valid State’s Driver License

Performance Standards:

• Biannual structured, sit-down performance evaluation with Manager
• Attainment of annual goals established between Manager and incumbent
