Position summary:

The Part-Time Sales and Marketing Assistant will assist the Corporate Sales & Marketing Department in pre-sales, general marketing, and promotional efforts. Their main duties include completing clerical and administrative duties, building email campaigns, research, data entry and promotional materials/presentations preparation.

HERE’S THE SKINNY:

Reporting directly to the Director of Business Development & Marketing, the Part-Time Sales and Marketing Assistant would be expected to:

• Research prospective clients, trending news, and relevant topics
• Perform raw data collection, data entry, and data cleansing in our Pardot database
• Assist with social media vendor management including monitoring posts, researching trending topics, writing copy
• Cold calling
• Assist with the design and creation of promotional material
• Preparing sales and marketing proposals and presentations based on company needs
• Measuring consumer satisfaction with products or services
• Support the corporate sales and marketing team in daily administrative tasks
• Write occasional blogs for Catharsis Productions website
• Assists with promotional swag management
• Develop tools and methods for collecting data such as surveys, opinion polls or questionnaires
• Other duties as assigned

• Ability to take direction and absorb information quickly
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and take initiative
• Familiarity with marketing computer software and online applications (e.g. Salesforce, Pardot, Online analytics and Google Adwords)
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
• Passion for the sales and marketing industry and its best practices
• Graduate or enrollment in a related BS or Masters degree
• Up to one-year of sales and marketing experience preferred

• Part time
• Weekly hours: 15
