Catapult Health is Hiring a Director of Client Success Near Dallas, TX

Overview:

Title: Director of Client Success

Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid work location Dallas / Remote)

The Director of Client Success will lead and manage a team of Client Success Executives whose role is to manage the relations with their client base to ensure their continued growth and retention. They will also be responsible for monitoring key performance indicators for the customer base and for the team. The Director of Client Success will be the right hand person for our VP of Client Success, assisting with urgent and emerging situations.

How you will make an impact:

  • Lead and manage a team of Client Success Executives
  • Oversee all Client Success team activities, align to goals, and drive success
  • Managing Client Success team members and managers to ensure their effectiveness and professional growth
  • Deliver the highest level of client satisfaction for client base while ensuring annual contract renewal and growth
  • Manage on-going, detail-oriented relationship management with client decision makers
  • Serve as an expert on all operational aspects of Catapult Health solutions
  • Deliver compelling presentations that demonstrate client value
  • Identifying operational improvements to scale the team and department
  • Manage client escalations, as needed
  • Perform analytical reviews of client results and develop strategic recommendations and action plans aligned with client’s goals and objectives
  • Communicating with internal and external stakeholders
  • Troubleshooting any gaps in delivery and efficiency

What you need to be successful:

  • 7 years experience in Client/Customer Success Implementation Department
  • 5 years of experience in Healthcare or Wellness Industry
  • 5 years of experience in leading, managing and training people in customer implementations
  • Experience working with large enterprise clients and health plans
  • Strong client advocacy with the ability and willingness to engage directly with clients and build relationships with C-level and VP level people
  • Strong strategic vision for the client experience and client support, combined with a sales mindset
  • Exceptional drive for developing new operational processes and projects
  • Ability to move quickly and iterate
  • Self-Motivated with a natural tendency to roll-up sleeves and get it done
  • Ability to actively communicate, inspire and motivate all levels of staff
  • Strong written and presentation skills
  • Drive for Results – demonstrates initiative and persistence to achieve goals
