We're looking for a bright and confident individual who loves the outdoors and beautiful beaches. As a Passenger Service Agent, working at our beach desk, you'll ensure the smooth and safe operation of our top-rated catamaran tours.
Beach Agent responsibilities include managing bookings, handling transactions, welcoming guests, ensuring safety, and sharing the aloha spirit with all visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of beachfront tour desk.
- Manage catamaran tour bookings via phone and website.
- Process cash and card transactions for bookings and sales.
- Greet and check-in guests, provide safety instructions.
- Assist with boarding and give safety briefings.
- Monitor weather for passenger and crew safety.
- Keep work areas clean and organized.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required.
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in tourism or hospitality preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with a positive attitude.
- Passion for the ocean, marine life, and local history.
- Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Lift up to 25 pounds.
- Exposure to sun, wind, and water.
Working Conditions:
The role involves outdoor work in varying weather conditions, including sun, wind, and rain. Work will include time at our beach desk. Flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, are required.
