Licensed Clinical Social Worker/ Licensed Professional Counselor/Licensed Marriage Family Therapist

Exceptional opportunity for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker/ Licensed Professional Counselor/ Licensed Marriage Family Therapist to join a growing private practice in Gulfport, MS. Part-time/Full-time opportunities.

Catalyst Counseling and Therapy Services, LLC is a Private Practice located in downtown Gulfport, MS. We are committed to the wellness of individuals, their families, and the community through evidenced based treatment, prevention, and education.

Applicants must be licensed to practice independently in the State of Mississippi. We offer flexible hours in a professional, nurturing, and collaborative work environment.

Catalyst Counseling and Therapy Services is seeking a Mental Health/Behavioral Health Practitioner to work with children and adults who possess the following:

Qualifications & Skills

  • Master’s degree in a mental health related field.
  • At least 1 year post-licensure experience in a mental health related field.
  • Current MS license as a Clinical Social Worker, Marriage & Family Therapist or Professional Counselor.
  • No restrictions inhibiting your ability to be credentialed under all major insurance companies.
  • Must possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with all levels of internal and external customers.
  • Mature judgement and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Evidence of knowledge and ability to use proper channels.

Expectations:

Mental Health/Behavioral Health Therapist
- Is consistently on time for sessions and meetings. (i.e., If a client’s session starts at 1:00, the therapist will be ready to bring the client into their office at 1:00 not entering the building at 1:00)
- Maintains all professional licenses, necessary insurance and CEU’s as required by State of Mississippi Licensing Board (i.e., ethics CEU’s, liability insurance, etc.)
- Reads and responds to emails within 48 business hours.
- Maintains effective customer service, creating a warm and welcoming environment for all clients, not only theirs. - Helps all clients with their non-therapy needs such as but not limited to: Finding the bathroom, giving messages to their therapist, directing them to the refreshments in the lobby and letting their therapist know they have arrived, etc.

**Offered Benefits: Flexible Schedule, 10 days of yearly paid time off (PTO), Yearly CE Reimbursement up to $700.00, Furnished Office, Marketing (Psychology Today) and Email Account. Health Benefits available for full-time employees only.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
