SPM Oil & Gas currently has an opening for an Operations Team Lead located in Fort Worth, TX. Pay starts at $27.00/HR with an additional $1.50 Shift Lead. Can be adjusted with experience. Second Shift Hours: 2:30 PM – 1:00 AM Mon-Thur Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Oversees team activities, revises work assignments and assigns duties to meet schedules, production goals or contract priorities Plan daily workflow Act as a liaison with other teams leads as needed Obtain, coordinate, distribute supplies and equipment as required Train new and existing employees on company procedures and job specifications Assist in demonstrating the use of equipment Assist employees in troubleshooting technical concerns, collaborate with personnel and work with managers to report and resolve any issues Escalate unresolved situations to management when appropriate Act as an expeditor, coordinator and facilitator Basic Qualifications: Preferred Two Years’ Experience in Inventory and Shipping, Material Handling, and/or other production settings Preferred strong computer skills Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
