Castle Pines Golf Club is a nationally ranked private golf club located in Castle Rock, Colorado. Position Responsibilities: 

• Work at grill station and prepare meat, poultry, and fish dishes. 
• Properly adhere to butchery guidelines to ensure proper yield of product. 
• Handle, store, and rotate all products properly. 
• Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation. 
• Report to shift on time and in proper uniform. 
• Ability to view ingredients and completed recipes to ensure only the highest quality products are used and produced. 
• Understand and comply consistently with Castle Pines Golf Club standards including portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen rules, policies, and procedures. 
• Daily checks of frozen and fresh par ingredients for quantities needed, communicating to the appropriate personnel when items are low and need to be ordered. 
• Work in a clean and safe manner adhering to all Food Handler guidelines. 
• Participate in daily/weekly/monthly cleaning tasks including, but not limited to, dishwashing, wiping down and sanitizing work surfaces, cleaning/stocking shelves, refrigerators and freezers. 
• Assist in other areas of the kitchen when needs of the business arise.

Requirements

• Ability to work as part of a team or individually.
• Well organized and sense of urgency.
• Flexible scheduling availability to work early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong time management skills and self-motivation to complete tasks in a timely manner.
• Ability to stand on your feet for 90% of the time and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. 
• Basic knowledge of ingredients and commercial kitchen equipment.
