Due to growth, Cassia, an affiliation between Augustana Care and Elim Care, is seeking a Marketing Associate to use talents specializing in the Human Resource Recruitment Department. In this position, you will be a brand ambassador growing the Cassia’s recruitment presence on digital platforms by creating, capturing and posting social content.

We are seeking a marketing savvy individual who has a strong comfort level utilizing various marketing and social media platforms. To be successful in this role, you should be flexible, collaborative and thrive on utilizing proven digital marketing platforms as well as seeking out new ones. This position is hybrid which includes working at the Edina, MN office with a great team! 

Marketing Associate responsibilities:

• Lead the department with writing creative job postings on various platforms.
• Work with vendors to advance the department’s recruitment online presence.
• Create content for email campaigns, newsletters, media (photo, video, graphics) to be distributed in both online and print.
• Create social media strategy development, planning, and messaging for Cassia’s recruitment presence on online social media, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Research new ways to elevate and engage job seekers through creative written content and video.
• Create and maintain an editorial content calendar, paired with a digital asset repository across social channels.
• Use Google Analytics to guide recruitment initiatives.
• Provide internal communication support.

Marketing Associate Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Human Resources or equivalent education and experience
• 1-2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related field; Recruiting experience is a plus
• Time management skills: ability to effectively organize and prioritize work
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Teamwork skills and experience
• Proven ability to use various social media and email campaigns
• Ability to efficiently operate computer software: Word, Excel, Canva, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Constant Contact and customized software
• Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects
