Our 42-unit campus in Minneapolis is hiring hardworking, passionate Part-Time & Full Time Caregivers (Home Health Aides or Certified Nursing Assistants) to join our team! In this role, you will provide personal care and supportive services to residents to maintain their comfort and safety. We are conveniently located on the bus line.

There are Part-Time & Full Time  opportunities available working varied schedules including every other weekend.
Full-Time Shifts Available: Day (AM) 6:00am- 2:30pm 
Part-Time Shift Available:  Day (AM) 6:00am- 2:30pm, 24 hours per 2 week pay period, Fridays and every other Saturday and Sunday.

• Help each resident reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence while assisting them with personal care and daily living activities.
• Assist with treatments as delegated by the Registered Nurse per individualized care plan.
• Take and record temperature, blood pressure, weight, pulse and respiration as instructed. Report changes or concerns to the RN.
• Document services performed on computerized charting system.
• Observe resident and report any changes in physical and emotional condition such as change in attitude, reaction, and appetite, to the supervisor.
• Assist the resident with personal care which may include the following: shampooing of hair, assist with showering/ bathing, fingernail and foot care, and medication administration.
• Assist with laundry and bed making.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.

• 6 months of experience working as a PCA, HHA, or CNA required.
• Strong interest in healthcare.
• Positive, compassionate attitude.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Must be 18 years or older.
