Position Name: Appointment Coordinator

We are looking for an organized and caring Appointment Coordinator to join our team in Falmouth! Ideally, we are looking for someone with at least 1 year of experience in dental at the front office. As an Appointment Coordinator, you are the face and voice of our office and usually the first point of contact for our patients; so excellent communication skills and a great attitude are a must! You will also be responsible for filling the provider's schedules in a balanced way to best meet goals.

Hours:
Monday- Off
Tuesday- 7:00am-4:00pm
Wednesday- 8:00am-5:00pm
Thursday- 7:00am-4:00pm
Friday- 7:00am-3:00pm

We are excited to add a new team member to our practice! Our ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in dentistry at the front office and for this position we are looking for someone full time, about 36-40 hours a week, usually a 4 day work week with NO WEEKENDS! The traits that we are most looking for are: positive attitude, self-directedness, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills with both patients and staff!
