Cascade AIDS Project (CAP) is the oldest and largest AIDS Service Organization (ASO) in Oregon and Southwest Washington, as well as a Federally Qualified Health Center (Look-A-Like) that provides the LGBTQ community and beyond with compassionate healthcare. CAP is excited to announce that we are currently hiring a Director of Development. The Director of Development is a member of the Executive Leadership team and leads and executes the work of CAP’s development and volunteer team, within the Development & Community Engagement Department, in a manner consistent with the agency’s strategic plan, mission, and budget. The position is responsible for implementing agency fundraising strategies, including individual donors, corporate sponsors, and fundraising events. They employ various fundraising strategies to ensure a diverse funding base. The Director of Development oversees the volunteer program at CAP, recruiting, training, and placing community members in volunteer positions throughout the agency.
This individual will work at Davis St location. This is a full-time, exempt position which reports to Chief Development Officer. This position includes travel throughout the five-county service areas. Occasional evening and weekend work are required. This is a management, non-union status position.
COMPENSATION: $103,527, annually
