Carson’s Residential Department is looking for Seasonal Office Support to assist in our Portland location (tentative dates October 2022-March 2023).

Essential Functions

• Representing Carson and its products in a professional manner.
• Responding to inquiries, processing sales orders, and setting up appointments.
• Documenting communications with systems provided.
• Inputting data into the sales systems accurately.
• Maintaining and providing exceptional customer service to both current and potential clients.
• Working within the sales team, as well as independently, to accomplish the goals of the Inside Sales Manager.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Learn client-based CRM system and other internal software systems.
• Adeptly take and make phone calls regarding the department needs.
• Work scheduled days and hours as requested.
• Have excellent customer service skills.
• Experience with MAS, Excel, Windows, Outlook & CRM software preferred.
