About this role:
This position is for a seasoned professional in Scheduling who works independently, functions as a focal point for accessory inventory planning, implements solutions, makes allocation decisions and monitors delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support inventory planning and vendor purchasing through SAP for North America Residential HVAC accessory materials and components
• Determines inventory replenishment needs in the supply network based on forecasted demand
• Work closely with product marketing, sourcing, and forecasting teams to provide annual volume projections for creation and maintenance of supplier purchase agreements
• Identifies potential product shortages or excess inventory situations and implements corrective measures
• Track vendor shipments daily and communicate any delays to management and key stakeholders
• Direct communication with suppliers on open purchase orders and expediting/pushing orders in/out depending on changing customer order patterns
• Support and manage vendor ASN with warehouse personnel
• Evaluate and enhance supply chain and logistics to increase performance and productivity
• Monthly Supply Chain Scorecard analyzing, updating, and reporting
• Ad-hoc supply chain analysis for sales, finance, and management
• Support the new product launches by developing phase in phase out plans with product management
Required Qualifications:
• 1 years of Customer service
• BA/BS degree with 3 years of experience
Preferred Qualifications:
• Proven ability to execute with speed and exhibit a bias for action mindset.
• Ability to think outside the box, innovate, take risks and implement progressive, sustainable solutions.
• Strong ability to work in diverse, cross functional project teams to achieve high levels of performance in a dynamic, changing environment. Successful experience with collaborating and developing teams and working in a matrix environment.
• Excellent proven analytical skills
• Ability to analyze disparate information and draw conclusions/recommendations
• Knowledge and experience with demand forecasting (statistical and business process)
• Strong verbal, written and inter-personal communication skills
• Ability to work across organizational boundaries and Supply Chain organization
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel and Access
• Experience with SAP and Business Intelligence
