Description

 This position is responsible for all marketing of CTSHEALTH. The Marketing Director will manage all marketing campaigns and create marketing strategies in order to promote all services provided by the agency. This employee has excellent communication skills and possess an understanding of all mental health and development services in various states. 

Requirements

Over see Community Coordinator and Regional Market

Develop and execute marking strategy roadmap and initiatives that support our overall goals.

Achieve financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.

Create and manage marketing campaigns analytics and reporting drive traffic to our website, social media platforms and generate new leads.

Work closely with leadership team to build positioning, messaging, branding, marketing strategy, and creative direction while defining target audience.

Define and manage marketing analytics and reporting

Evaluate current and future market trends

Provides short- and long-term market forecasts, develops and execute demand strategies and plans to compete with competitors.

Work and build external partnerships to deliver quality services for specific areas of marketing initiatives.

Possess a growth mindset and the ability to be strategic as well as do the tactical execution of initiatives.

Develops marketing staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities.

Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Collaborate with other team members to drive and achieve marketing priorities.

Provides marketing information by answering questions and requests (internally and externally)

Help define, build, maintain and promote the CTSHealth brand

Provide oversight and input for all CTSHEALTH related events

Perform other required job duties that the supervisor and/or director require to maintain continuity of care for consumers and profitability for the agency.
