· Responsible for coordinating and organizing interviews – composing press releases, newsletters, and assisting with the planning of various marketing campaigns both internally and as a conduit between CCFC partners
· Initiate and follow-up with local media contacts some instances regional and national media
· Oversee CCFC’s communications strategy for all outlets including home game broadcasts, email, social, digital marketing, editorial, targeted, etc
· Work across multiple internal departments to drive campaign performance from ideation to execution and to help execute initiatives and events for CCFC and its partners
· Responsible for set up, tear down, and management of all interactive elements with media
· Create and manage project plans and timelines to deliver timely marketing campaigns that are focused on driving ticket sales
· Track and record metrics throughout all campaigns internally or externally, while collaborating with CCFC marketing agency partners
· Constantly strive to grow the brand locally, regionally, and nationally
· Grow fan affinity while delivering talked about events and experiences
· Oversee grassroots marketing efforts, including bar/restaurant deals, strategic local partnerships, venue relationships, and other local ticketing opportunities
· Oversee creative and graphic design elements, with responsibility for brand aesthetic and voice oversight
· Keep detailed records for all marketing and communications projects
· Additional related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications or a related field preferred
· Over two years of marketing and/or communications experience which may include direct marketing, PR/communications oversight, campaign management, marketing/brand/experiential agency, or marketing operations
· Account management, event management, KPI tracking, and client- facing experience preferred
· Must have a valid US Driver’s license
· Soccer knowledge and Spanish language proficiency preferred
· Strong work ethic, attention to detail project management skills, verbal and written communication skills
· Must maintain complete confidentiality of privileged, and/or sensitive information
· Willing to work in a dynamic environment that requires flexibility and non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
