CARING TRANSITIONS is Hiring an Operations Coordinator Near Blue, OH

JOB SUMMARY

Under the supervision of the _Vice President__ of Operations, this position will primarily be responsible for providing front-line support to our local and regional Caring Transitions franchise locations and administrative support to the Operations team. This position is responsible for the set-up, ongoing maintenance, and training of all operational tools related to our franchise business. Teaming with the Franchise Business Coaches, this position will interact with other departments, vendors, customers, and franchisees to provide support and deliver quality service. The position will assist in operational analysis identifying opportunities for franchise process improvement, assist in delivering quality training, and provide administrative support/planning for regional and national meetings.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operations support

  • Establish strong working relations with franchise owners
  • Customer Service fielding inquiries and resolving Client and customer complaints
  • Ensure tools and technologies are in place and verified for new franchisee ensuring efficient and current startup procedures
  • Assist Franchise Business Coaches with urgent needs
  • Prepare training presentations for new owner training, webinars, and other training methods
  • Administration of Fran Connect system including user access, data entry, updating new/old entries, and other database updating to ensure accurate information
  • Support and communicate brand quality standards with owners, ensuring that the Caring Transitions vision and brand standards are followed—acting as the corporate franchisor representative
  • Ensure timely reporting and analysis of franchisee operations as assigned or requested

Meeting (s) Conference Room(s) Preparation and General Duties:

  • Compile report and send appropriate information to the team pertaining to attendees
  • Prepare materials for trainings, MTTD, and/or meetings (tent cards, name badges, exit packets, franchise certificates, etc.)
  • Coordinate agendas training, (or other meetings as requested), confirm vendors and/or guest presenters, lunches order/delivery, room set up and break down and other duties as assigned
  • Record meeting notes and provide to supervisor
  • Travel arrangements for new franchisee training and other regional/national meetings for team or franchisees, ensuring within defined budget, obtaining proper approvals when needed

Other support and administrative tasks

  • Project management, planning and benchmark reporting as requested
  • Complete required travel or other reimbursement documents, ensuring proper approvals, guidelines and procedures are followed
  • Other administrative tasks as directed

Salary Range is $40-$45k annually with 10% bonus potential
