New Hope Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation, a privately owned, beautiful remodeled, skilled nursing facility located in Cedar Park, is looking for a Licensed social worker with knowledge of working with the geriatric population. Experience with care planning, discharge planning and MDS is an added plus.

You must have a current Social Worker license in good standing with the State of Texas (or other compact state), pass a criminal background check, exhibit excellent hospitality skills, have computer skills and be detail oriented. Competitive salary wages offered.
