Oak Brook is currently seeking an indipendently montivated individual to fill the position of Medical Records Clerk. Strong computer, organizational, and communication skills required.

Requirements for consideration:
- LVN
OR
- Associates degree
- CNA/CMA
- Knowledge of medical terminology
Job duties:
- Maintain resident medical records
- Input telephone orders and resident information into computerized chart
- File medical records on the charts and thin charts
- Order forms as needed to maintain an appropriate supply
- Complete other duties as assigned
