Marketing Operations Manager
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Operations Manager to join our team at Cargomatic. As the Marketing Operations Manager, your goals will be to own marketing-related processes within our suite of proprietary and external platforms, such as Salesforce and Pardot. A successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the lead-to-revenue demand funnel and KPI metrics. You will manage the development and automation of marketing workflows, integrating our tech stack, measuring campaigns, and more.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage and optimize the data sync between the CRM and marketing automation systems
- Ensure data integrity and availability for Marketing and Sales for inbound and outbound efforts
- Build reports and monitor key metrics including MQLs, SQLs, SQOs, and closed/won revenue
- Collaboration with marketing team to manage the full lifecycle of campaigns
- Track and analyze campaign results; facilitate testing channels, including email optimization with layouts and design with A|B testing
- Customized dashboard creation based on departmental function, and KPI-focused research
- Implementation and a multi-touch attribution system for a campaign contribution
- Reporting on specific marketing statistics, from on email delivery to unsubscribe rates, and other marketing program metrics
- Developing automation workflows within Salesforce for executions of marketing programs and campaigns
- Develop strategies, execution, and implementation plans for segmented nurture campaigns
- Manage and optimize lead scoring
What We’re Looking For
- 3 years of experience as a Marketing Operations Manager or similar role
- Strong proficiency in with CRM and marketing automation systems, ideally Salesforce and Pardot
- Hands-on experience integrating, managing, and optimizing marketing solutions required
- Advanced Excel proficiency required
- Experience with working directly with sales teams and owning pipeline performance numbers
- Heavy usage in Excel, creating pivot tables and building complex formulas/macros
- Data proficiency and ability to create reports, manipulate data, and build dashboards
