We need a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team at The Advanced Therapy Center at Chesterwood Village in West Chester, Ohio.

You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Administering occupational therapy modalities of treatment as supervised by the staff occupational therapist.
• Administering treatments and physical agents as directed by the staff occupational therapist, after the occupational therapist has evaluated the patient.
• Restoring patient function to prevent disability following injury, disease or physical disability.
• Assisting patients to reach their maximum performance and level of functioning, while learning to live within the limits of their capabilities.
• Participating in operational aspects of the department, maintaining performance improvement activities within the department and participating in CQI activities.
• Participating in all infection control, departmental equipment training, organizational safety and fire safety programs.

You’ll Need To Have:

• A Current State Occupational Therapist Assistant Licensure
• A minimum of 1 year of Occupational Therapy experience
• A Current CPR Certification
• Knowledge of occupational medicine, occupational therapy modalities, anatomy and physiology
