CareRev is Hiring a Remote Solutions Analyst
As a Solutions Analyst you'll report into the Business Systems team to solicit requirements and build innovative solutions to support CareRev's internal teams. You will be responsible for developing requirements, craft user stories, and document processes.
What You’ll Do:
- Work and learn with a high degree of autonomy with minimal supervision
- Work on projects of all levels of complexity with minimum to no guidance
- A Business Analyst at this level will occasionally serve as a temporary a Product Owner when needed and other duties as assigned
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional requirements
- Meet frequently with the Product Owner to understand initiative and Epic priorities
- Work with end users to support adoption of new systems.
- Support and collaborate with the development teams to refine and elaborate on requirements / user stories throughout the development life cycle
- They will be involved with all sprint planning events and backlog grooming
- Support with monitoring newly implemented changes and provide support for operation incidents related to product change
What We’re Looking For:
While you should have many of these skills, not all are required.
- Have strong Business Analysis and requirements management skills.
- Query, review and manipulate data.
- Have a strong understanding of operational systems and the needs of end users.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to devise solutions to address customer challenges.
- Exhibit strong communication skills with demonstrable experience of working in rapidly changing client environments.
- Have an appreciation of what makes a high quality, operationally stable system.
- Experience developing requirements for moderately to high complexity projects in a software development area
- Ability to take obscure or intangible concepts and create detailed functional specifications and or user stories
- Ability to facilitate and elicit requirements from stakeholders for moderately to high complexity projects
