Requirements for Stepdown Unit RN:

• Current RN license and good standing with the New Hampshire State Board of Nursing.

• Current AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.

• Minimum of 1 year full-time experience as a stepdown RN within the last year.
• APRNs who apply must have recent bedside experience under RN scope of practice.

• Must have strong cardiac rhythm interpretation skills, as well as assessment skills relating to a variety of conditions/diagnoses. 
• Strong familiarity with titration of common drips following facility protocols, care management for patient pre and post Cath Lab, and management of patients on BiPAP and CPAP.

• Experience documenting in Epic is a plus!
