CareRev is Hiring a Remote Marketing Project Manager
What You’ll Do:
- Work closely with Marketing leaders to create standard operating procedures for new and revised processes and tools,then assist with implementation across a large team and matrixed organization
- Lead project management for all Marketing campaigns and projects
- Provide project management guidance and education as needed
- Lead process improvement projects within and across teams and departments to streamline work and improve performance as the team and company scale
What We’re Looking For:
- 10 years of marketing-specific project management experience working with large teams and matrixed organizations
- Excellent project management capabilities
- Comfort around leading meetings effectively
- Know-how to drive projects from ideation, organizing and cataloging complex project details
- Capable to manage expectations around projects cross-functionally across the company
- Expert- level skills in working with web/internet technologies, as well as project management tools
- Ability to organize complex projects into clear presentations and project plans
- Self-starter with the ability to adapt to rapid change and shifting priorities in a fast-paced changing environment
- Approachable yet direct communication style, openness to different perspectives
- Conscientiousness about our mission of improving the healthcare industry
- Someone who asks the right questions to gain a clear understanding of project requests and offer creative solutions to meet the end goal of the project
Bonus Points For:
- Experience working in a remote work environment
- Familiar with and knowledge of change management strategies
- Have worked in healthcare, technology, and/or start up organizations
- Agency experience in a project management role
