Hours: 3:30pm-12:00am M-F, Rotating Saturday & Sunday (7:00am-3:30pm or 11:00am-7:30pm)

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD

Professional Experience:

• Must be a State Registered Pharmacist
• 1 years of Pharmacist experience in a long term care or retail pharmacy environment
