Apply for the PAID Certified Nursing Assistant training program!

$3,000 Stipend to Train and Test!

• Receive an offer for a Certified Nursing Assistant position prior to training• Paid training is Monday, March 13, 2023 through Friday, April 14, 2023• Receive five weeks of PAID training to prepare you for the Nursing Assistant test• Training is focused for Long-Term Chronic Care and Assisted Living through Classroom Instruction, Lab Instruction, and hands-on Clinical Experience• Positions available at NewBridge on the Charles in Dedham, MA and Hebrew Rehabilitation Center in Roslindale, MA

This program is for those who have notalready been working as nursing assistants or medical assistants

This program is not for individuals who have previously completed a CNA, HHA, or medical assistant training course previously 

Shifts available:

Day 6:45am-3:15pm

Evening 2:45pm-11:15pm

Night 10:45pm-7:15am

Every other weekend required

The Hospitality Aide is to provide each resident with routine services in accordance with the residents' care plan, and as directed by his/her supervisor. The Hospitality Aide, will be responsible for but not limited to:

Qualifications

Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience:

• Prior healthcare experience is desireable
• Must have strong communication skills
• Must be able to function independently and have flexibility, person integrity and ability to work effectively with residents, personnel and support agencies.
