Now Hiring – Director of Talent Acquisition,  Fort Lee, NJ

 

 

 

The Director of Talent Acquisition will be responsible for, but not limited to:

 

  • Develop best-in-class TA strategies and methods in recruiting, referral programs, and internal hiring processes
  • Consult regularly with senior leadership to thoroughly understand talent needs to successfully deliver against the organization’s vision, long term strategy and annual goals
  • Develop a TA structure that scales with business, anticipating growth and demands
  • Develop strategies and processes to ensure a smooth and robust candidate experience throughout the recruiting and onboarding process
  • Build a compelling employer brand in partnership with People Operations leadership team
  • Leverage data and insights to build effective relationships with business leaders to ensure alignment of the recruitment process with business needs
  • Collaborate with People Operations team, hiring managers and senior leaders in a productive way that manages expectations, sets service level expectations and keeps all parties to a hire engaged
  • Partner with senior leadership and location leadership, to bring talent in by methodically forecasting the organization’s needs, including corporate offices, field locations
  • Steer the use of external search firms and staffing agencies to supplement internal recruiting efforts, including building and managing search firm relationships to maximize the impact of collective efforts
  • Build robust talent pipelines that tap into targeted vocational schools, companies, regions and professional communities in alignment with business objectives
  • Lead and motivate a team of TA professionals by monitoring and developing productivity metrics, goals, and efficiencies of the hiring process
  • Develop team members through ongoing opportunities for professional development, mentorship and coaching
  • Share knowledge, strategy, direction and best practices within the team, as well as broadly within the organizations, to ensure that TA is a highly effective and valued partner to the business
  • Educate leadership and the broader organization on best in class recruiting practices, building a culture of mutual investment and focus on talent acquisition
  • Partner with People Operations leadership to develop compensation strategies for all business lines and monitor continuously to ensure competitiveness

Qualifications

Education:

Associate's Degree in a related field, Bachelor's Degree preferred

 

Professional Experience:

  • 3 years of experience recruiting in a health care setting
  • 3 years people management experience; preferably extensive experience leading a dynamic Recruiting Team in a high growth organization
  • Current knowledge of related government rules and regulations, including local and state laws
