We are seeking a CNA, LNA, DCW'Sto join our team! You will work alongside fellow caregivers to provide high quality patient care. We have multiple sites. We also have HCBS clients.

Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care under direction of nursing staff
• Provide assistance with ADL'S
• Assist with outings.
• Assist in the transport of patients occasionally
• Provide companionship and interaction
• Maintain a clean and healthy environment

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in nursing, patient care, BH or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Compassionate and caring demeanor
• Ability to understand verbal or written communication.
• Ability to work well in teams
