Our Client is seeking a Global Sales and Member Experience Manager in Delray Beach, FL.
Earn an hourly rate at this position. Work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Job Description:
- Lead account management strategies with a focus on increasing profitability
- Relationship management, member engagement and sales support
- Identify clients' needs and provide solutions
- Create domestic and international PNR’s, Profiles, maintain EPR’s, simple and complex exchanges, pricing PNRs, process full and partial refunds, and sell airline ancillary services via EMDs
- Process ARC reports via Trams
- Creating and editing simple databases, inputting data, retrieving specific records, and creating reports
- Creating PowerPoint presentations
- Creating and editing Excel spreadsheets to include charts and graphs
- Maintain various ARC lists for carrier programs and importing them into SugarCRM
- Creating and distributing contract / ticketing instructions
- Promote a team environment with team goals
Requirements:
- 5 years of Corporate Travel or Hospitality experience working with GDS (Global Distribution System)
- Travel agency operational and / or sales experience within a fast-paced environment
- Solid sales and interpersonal skills
- Computer proficiency with databases, CRM's and the internet
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
