In other words, Career Path Services is looking for an Executive Coordinator in Spokane to join our team, to provide administrative support in event and project coordination, planning, scheduling and assisting our leaders.
This is a hybrid position, working in the Spokane Peyton office a minimum of two days per week.

ABOUT THE JOBThe major responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
  • Provide support and assistance to the chief officers and team by maintaining schedules, reading, researching, routing correspondence, drafting letters and documents, collecting, analyzing, and synthesizing information, monitoring expenses, and performing other high-level administrative duties.
  • Assist in managing the CEO’s day-to-day responsibilities.
  • Organize and archive records, data, paperwork, and collateral and develop or maintain a comprehensive and easy to follow filing system.
  • Function as an effective point of contact between the team and the CEO, supporting the flow of our operations while simultaneously enhancing the connection, productivity, and unity among the team.
  • Assist with general office and technology support and procurement for the organization. Additional personal, creative, and executive assistant duties as needed.
  • Manage meeting and event planning, coordination, preparation, and facility set up/tear down.
  • Assist in the collateral production process by sharing creative input, final proofing, and building-out corporate documents.
  • Communicate with various stakeholders, including partners, clients, and outside vendors.
  • Track projects to ensure work is done in a timely manner and on budget.
  • Provide project support by creating and managing task lists and templates using project management skills.
  • Coordinate logistics and travel plans.
  • Contributing to a dynamic and strong organizational culture.
  • Working together to discover and develop ways to help the team stay connected and productive so organization may do its best work.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with the organization’s current and potential clients, customers, partners, and fund sources.
  • Regularly evaluating the organization’s systems and processes for continuous improvement.
  • Contributing to the collection, organization, and presentation of key data concerning the organization’s strategic plan and goals.

EXPERIENCE/POSITION REQUIREMENTSRequired
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of related experience.
  • Knowledge of principles and practices of office administration/coordination.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must be able to work in a culturally diverse and fast-paced environment and demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity and cultural competency.
  • Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination
Preferred
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Over 3 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant.
  • Experience with project management tools and Adobe Creative Suite.
